Dylan Hall
Partner
Dylan is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in social sector innovation. His expertise spans starting and growing organizations, leading diverse teams, and building partnerships to drive positive change. With a Master’s degree in social welfare and certificates in design-thinking for social innovation, Dylan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.
As the co-founder of Elevate Northeast, Dylan is dedicated to helping leaders unlock their potential. He also serves as a startup and nonprofit mentor, collaborating with amazing friends like Praxis, Stephen Graves, THINQ Media, Ocean Programs, Hope Media, and Entrepreneur.
In addition to his role at Elevate Northeast, Dylan is the founder of Lead by Design, where he helps leaders build healthy and high-performing teams.
Dylan’s professional background includes clinical social work, community development, public health, philanthropy, and pastoral ministry, giving him a holistic perspective on leadership and organizational development. His diverse experience allows him to approach challenges with a unique and comprehensive understanding.
Dylan is passionate about working with community organizations to help build and scale new ideas that deepen their impact.
An experienced design, innovation, and co-creation consultant, he employs human-centered design principles to help organizations engage with their stakeholders and test new programs. He has successfully helped organizations across the Capital Region reinvent their services and programs.
Alexis Girvan
Partner
Alexis Girvan is a Leadership Development Coach & Consultant and Co-Founder of Elevate Northeast, a people-driven consulting firm designed to empower leaders towards cultivating the highest levels of self-awareness, healthy communication and relational intelligence.
Originally from Albany, NY, Alexis has coached individuals and teams within both the for profit and nonprofit sectors and is driven by the cultivation of healthy, humble and self-aware leadership.
After receiving her Bachelors in Communication Arts from Gordon College, she worked for close to a decade in management, training and leadership development for lululemon athletica, opening and managing the Albany location and establishing employee engagement systems based on regular rhythms of recognition, affirmation and gratitude. She went on to certify in The Myers Briggs Type Indicator and The 5 Voices with GiANT Worldwide, gaining leadership tools for leading others in developing communication competencies and relational trust.
Over the last seven years, her coaching has included working with leaders in Health and Wellness, the Energy Sector, Commercial Real Estate, the Police Force, International Peacekeeping, Healthcare and a variety of start up endeavours. After living on both the East and West Coast of the US, landing for a few years in the Mid-West as well as the Southeast, she’s recently made her way back to the Capital Distrcit to do life with her immediate family and serve the community her roots were planted in years ago.
